A job is a record generated from a work order.
Before you start
Workshop is not governed by permission groups. Any member of an organization with the Workshop module enabled can open the Jobs list.
The Jobs list
Open Workshop > Jobs.
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| ID | The job's reference number. There is no link — jobs have no profile page. |
| Date | The job's date. |
| Work order | The work order the job belongs to. |
| Status | The job's status. |
Sort defaults to the ID column, descending.
Current limitations
- Jobs is a read-only list. There is no create, show, or edit screen for a job in this version.
