Marketing is the module for campaigns and the emails and resources linked to them.
What you can do
- Run a campaign end-to-end — add customers to it and create a campaign email. See Campaigns.
- Look up marketing emails and resources. See Emails & Resources.
Before you start
Marketing is not governed by permission groups. Any member of an organization with the Marketing module enabled can use its screens.
Current limitations
- A new resource can't be created directly from Emails & Resources. See Emails & Resources.
