Materials are products flagged for use in production — the same product records used in Products, shown here as the subset used as production materials.
Before you start
Production is not governed by permission groups. Any member of an organization with the Production module enabled can create and view materials.

The material profile
Shows the Name, SKU, Brand (if set), Weight and unit (if set), and Description (if set). The toolbar carries a Create icon for adding another material; there is no edit or print action for a material.

- There is no Delete control for materials.
