Integrations

Configure Magento connection details; see what other integrations are missing a settings form.

On this page 2

Settings > Integrations holds connection settings for third-party systems. Today, only Magento has a form here.

Any signed-in member of your organization can open this page; it has no separate permission or minimum role.

Magento

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Enter your Magento API URL — just the page URL, for example https://www.example.com.
  3. Choose your Magento version (2.3.x or 2.4.x — 2.4.x is the default).
  4. Depending on the version:
    • 2.3.x — enter a Username (create a dedicated administrator account for this integration) and Password.
    • 2.4.x — enter a Token (an admin access token).
  5. Select Save settings.

On success you'll see "Integration settings saved successfully." If a field fails validation you'll see "Check your records before submitting this form again." alongside the field errors; any other error shows "Something went wrong! Check your records before submitting this form again."

Note

There's no Test connection control — saving doesn't verify the details work.

Current limitations

  • WooCommerce and SAP Business One integrations exist in OCTO Ops but have no settings form on this page — there's no way to enter their connection details from the UI. The Reconciliations WooCommerce screen tells you to "Add one under Settings › Integrations to enable syncing," but no such form exists there yet.
