A card is a production record with a date and status. In this version, Cards is read-only in the application: you can look up cards that already exist, but you cannot create one.
Before you start
Production is not governed by permission groups. Any member of an organization with the Production module enabled can view cards.
The Cards list
Open Production > Cards.

Sort defaults to the Date column, newest first.
The card profile
Shows only the Date and Status — no other fields, related data, or buttons.
Current limitations
Cards cannot be created through OCTO Ops. The Create icon on the Cards list opens a page that fails to render, and there is no way to create a card even by another route — whatever process is meant to populate cards was not brought into this version. Any card you see here was added to the system some other way.
- There is no edit or delete option for a card.
- No status options are set up for cards, so the Status column and field are always blank.
