A Material request is raised elsewhere in OCTO Ops — for example, from Workshop — when materials are needed. This module only lets you look material requests up and turn one into a Transfer request; you cannot create, edit, or view an individual material request's profile here.
Before you start
Access to Material requests is controlled by the View permission for Material requests only — there is no separate Create, Edit, or Delete permission for this submodule, since it is a read-only list here.
The Material requests list
Open Warehouse > Material requests. The list only shows material requests you have permission to view.

| Custom ID | The material request's reference number. |
| From | The originating warehouse. |
| To | The destination warehouse. |
| Items | The number of line items on the request. |
| Date | The request date. |
| Status | One of Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled. |
Each row has a Create transfer request link, which opens the Transfer request create form pre-filled and linked to that material request.
Current limitations
- There is no create page, profile page, or Edit or Delete control for material requests in this module — material requests are created and managed elsewhere in OCTO Ops, and only listed and actioned here.
