An email or resource is a marketing item. Most are created from a campaign's Create email action, or from the Billboards module. This page is a read-only look-up.
Before you start
Marketing is not governed by permission groups. Any member of an organization with the Marketing module enabled can view emails and resources.
The Emails & Resources list
Open Marketing > Emails & Resources.

| Id | The record's custom ID, or the last 8 characters of its internal ID if none was set. Links to its profile. |
| Name | The record's name. Also links to the profile. |
| Subject | The record's subject line, if set. |
| Status | The record's status. |
Sort defaults to the Status column, descending. The toolbar shows a Create icon — see Current limitations below.
The profile
Opening a record from the list shows its Name and Status, then Subject, Send at, Delay (days), and Description — each shown only when set. Read-only.
Current limitations
- The Create icon on this list and on the profile opens a page-not-found error. There is no working create screen for a resource from this module — the only ways an email or resource gets created are the campaign's Create email action, or the Billboards module.
