Reconciliations has two tools for correcting and comparing stock records: adjusting received quantities by purchase order, and comparing your products against a connected WooCommerce store.
Reconciliations has no entry in the Settings menu or anywhere else in the app. You can only reach it by going directly to its address — ask an administrator for the link if you need it.
Any signed-in member of your organization can open this page; it has no separate permission or minimum role.
Adjust stock weight by purchase order
This reduces received stock quantities by each product's packing weight, for a purchase order you choose.
- Select Open on the "Adjust stock weight by P/O" card.
- Choose a Purchase order from the list and select Continue.
- On the next page, review the Packing weight per product table — SKU, Product, Ordered qty, and an editable Packing weight, pre-filled from the product's vendor price where one exists.
- Adjust any packing weight you need to. The Affected stock records table below updates as you type, showing Current qty and the recalculated Adjusted qty for each affected stock record.
- Select Apply adjustment.
- Review the confirmation page — Gross qty, Net qty, Current qty, and an Adjusted badge (Yes/No) per record — then select Adjust another purchase order to start again, if needed.
If nothing would change, step 3's table shows "No stock records will be adjusted with the current values" instead of listing rows.
The purchase order list in step 1 isn't filtered by status or by whether it's already been reconciled — you can select one you've already adjusted. Applying the adjustment silently skips any stock record that's already been adjusted this way, has no quantity, or would go to zero or below — there's no message telling you which rows were skipped, only what changed on the confirmation page. If a product has no vendor price on record, its packing weight is pre-filled as 0 rather than flagged as missing — check the prefilled values before applying.
WooCommerce — sync links by SKU
This is a read-only comparison between your local products and a connected WooCommerce store; it doesn't make any changes.
Select Open on the "WooCommerce — Sync links by SKU" card.
- If no WooCommerce integration is set up, you'll see: "No WooCommerce integration is configured for this organization yet. Add one under Settings › Integrations to enable syncing."
- If one is configured, you'll see summary counts of products in WooCommerce and products found with matching SKUs, followed by a table of SKU, Name, Current ID (a badge showing your local product's ID if matched, or "Not linked"), WC ID, and a Permalink link that opens the product in WooCommerce in a new tab. With no matches, the table shows "No products found in WooCommerce."
Current limitations
- No menu link anywhere — Reconciliations is reachable only by its direct address.
- The WooCommerce screen's own instructions are a dead end. It tells you to add the integration under Settings › Integrations, but that page has no WooCommerce setup form — see Integrations.
- The WooCommerce screen is entirely read-only — there's no way to link or unlink a product from it, only to compare.
