Fleet reports

The Fleet reports, Vehicle cost summary, Service due and Renewals and compliance, their filters and who can open each.

On this page 5

Fleet Management has three reports under Reports › Fleet. They replace the old trip reports, which were removed when the module was rebuilt. They use the common report tools described in Reports: the filter drawer opened with the funnel icon, and the Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, Print and Column visibility buttons above each table. Exported files and printouts are titled with the report and, when your organization has business units, the unit it ran for.

Who can open which report

The Fleet Reports page lists a report only if you hold the permission for what it reports on. Each report also shows only the records your permissions let you see: vehicles you may view, and, with View (own), only the records you own.

Report Needs
Vehicle cost summary Costs › View
Service due Service › View
Renewals & compliance Renewals › View
The Fleet Reports page itself Any Fleet Management permission

In an organization without permission groups every member can open all three. Amounts, distances and hours follow the organization's number settings.

With business units, each report starts with the unit chosen in the header, has a Business unit filter and a Business unit column, and filters by the vehicle's unit.
