A 3PL product is a product you hold and bill for on behalf of a specific customer.
Before you start
Any member of an organization with the 3PL module enabled can open this page; there's no separate permission for viewing a product. There's no screen in this module to create or edit a 3PL product — they're created from the main Products screen elsewhere in OCTO Ops, with the customer set on the product. See Current limitations.
The Products list
Open 3PL > Products.

There's no search box, no filters, no export, and no create icon on this list.
The product profile
Opening a product from the list shows its profile.
- Product details — Customer, Code, and 3PL price — all read-only.
- Stock history — Date, Batch, Qty, and Qty current for the product's stock movements, sorted by Date, descending, by default.
There's no edit icon on this page.
Current limitations
- There's no way to create or edit a 3PL product from this module. Set the customer and 3PL price on the product from the main Products screen instead.
