A bundle groups several products into one fixed price, sold as a single quotation line. The products inside a bundle show up underneath it as read-only lines, so the customer can see what's included, but they don't carry their own price — only the bundle line does.
There are two ways to use a bundle:
- A catalog bundle — a reusable bundle you set up once in Settings, then insert into any quotation.
- An ad-hoc bundle — group a few lines together on a single quotation, without creating a reusable definition.
Create a catalog bundle
- Go to Settings > Module settings > Sales > Bundles.
- Select New bundle.
- Enter a Name and a Price — the fixed price the whole bundle sells for.
- Select Create bundle.
- On the bundle's page, use Add component to add each product (and its quantity) that makes up the bundle.
Insert a catalog bundle into a quotation
On a quotation's line-items table, use the Insert a bundle… dropdown above the line list. This adds the bundle as one priced line, followed by its components as read-only rows underneath.
Inserting a bundle copies its current price and components onto the quotation at that moment. Changing the bundle in Settings afterward never changes a quotation that already has it.
Group existing lines into an ad-hoc bundle
Check the box next to two or more ordinary lines in the line-items table, then select Group N lines as a bundle. You'll be asked for a name and a fixed price — the selected lines become read-only components under a new bundle header line at that price. This doesn't create a reusable bundle in Settings; it only applies to this quotation.
Removing a bundle
Removing a bundle line removes it and all of its component lines together — there's no way to remove a bundle's components individually from a quotation once inserted.
Bundles are managed by team admins only.
